SPSP 2017 President Diane Mackie hosted a panel entitled "Social and Personality Psychology in Industry: What Next?," featuring Joshua Tabak, Andrew Larsen, and Collette P. Eccleston, that focused on how to advance industry and academic science at all levels.

Highlights
 
With over 3,700 attendees, the 2017 SPSP Annual Convention in San Antonio highlighted science and bridged connections to the past, present, and future through the Legacy Program, our first foray into Facebook Live, extensive professional development and networking socials, and workshops.
 

Congratulations to Xuan Zhao on winning $5,000 during the second annual Q&pAy live competition for her research pitch on bonding and heartbeats. Finalists Stefanie Tignor and Jessica Tracy and John Sakaluk and Emily Impett received $2,500 for their respective research projects.
