Navigating Promotion & Tenure in the Time of COVID-19

In the best of circumstances, the processes for promotion and tenure (P&T) is confusing and stressful. Amidst a global pandemic, these concerns are amplified. Based on survey results, we will share early career members’ concerns about P&T in the context of COVID-19. Administrators from various institutions will join us to address these concerns and provide advice for successful P&T.
