Social Media: Friend or Foe

This session is a debate on the influence of social media, and whether it has yielded tangible benefits or exacerbated human behavior, and who is responsible for issues that have arisen since its advent. After participants on opposing sides deliver arguments, attendees discuss ideas and examine steps that personality and social psychologists can take to study social media's overall impact.
