Registration will open on Thursday, October 10, 2024. The early bird registration discount will end on Thursday, January 16, 2025.

The submission portal for the main convention (Symposia, Single Presenter Papers, Posters, Roundtable Unconferences, Data Blitzes, Professional Development Sessions, and Professional Development Workshops) opens on Thursday, June 13, 2024, and will close on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT.

The extended deadline for all Poster and Roundtable Unconferences submissions is September 12, 2024.

SPSP is now accepting preconference applications for the 2025 Annual Convention! Applications are open from May 1 – June 6, 11:59 PM PT.

Housing opens on Thursday, October 10, 2024. The deadline to reserve housing at our negotiated rate is Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
